VBC-2A Repeater Controller Description: The VBC-2A Repeater Controller provides the basic control functions needed for a repeater. Functions include: Timeout Timer, Hang Time, Squelch Time, Courtesy Beep Control, and others that are in the features list below. The front panel indicators show the present status of the repeater. The VBC-2A is manufactured using the latest state-of-the art surface mount device technology. Also, all the control is contained in a Xilinx Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD). The VBC-2A Repeater Controller is housed in a small, attractive, all-aluminum enclosure that will fit about anywhere. The VBC-2A Repeater Controller is ideal for both permanent or portable field-type setups, e.g., emergency, Field Day functions, public services such as parades, bike tours, festivals and many other events.
